7. PAYMENT RECONCILIATION AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact:

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HidroBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or products. Our Water Gun is designed as a recreational summer product and should be used responsibly and according to the included instructions.
