📦 SHIPPING POLICY

At HidroBlaze, we work to get your Water Gun to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy summer to the fullest. Below we detail our delivery timeframes and conditions.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 5 business days.

📌 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way so you can monitor its status in real time.

3. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

  • Logistical Delays: Delays may occur during high-demand periods (such as the start of summer, Black Friday, or holiday seasons), customs inspection processes, or local logistical issues in the destination country.
  • Liability: HidroBlaze is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, or customs holds).
  • Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors in the information provided.
  • Seasonal Demand: Since our product is highly popular during summer months, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure on-time delivery before your vacation or summer plans.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To offer you the best product at the best price, we ship directly from our specialized distribution centers. This may mean that your order occasionally goes through customs controls, which could add a few additional days to the estimated delivery time.

🌍 Note for international customers: Your order may be subject to local VAT and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. We recommend checking your country's current customs thresholds before ordering.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package at any time.

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. PACKAGING

Your HidroBlaze Water Gun is shipped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive your package visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and contacting us immediately so we can process a claim with the carrier.
